Returns Policy

All items purchased at Shree Ram Enterprises can be returned and full refund obtained. We work on "full satisfaction or money back guarantee". No reasons need be given while returning the merchandise. In order to claim the money refund the goods must be returned back with in 7 days of your receiving the material , in full and duly packed back in original packing . As soon as the product(s) is received by us, refund is effected within 48 hours (except on weekends).

Refund is limited to the amount paid to us for the goods /Items and not for shipment charges. Shipment charges for returning the goods to us are to be paid by the customers.
